Description

[Retired, 2021] Point-source synthetic seismograms are used along with vertical component recordings of short-arc Rayleigh waves (R1) from GCMT Mw7.0+ earthquakes to calculate source-time functions (STF) at GSN and other stations. STFs Display the azimuthally-varying, frequency-dependent amplitudes of Rayleigh and Love waves that radiate from an epicenter.

Events for which STF products are generated are displayed in reverse chronological order (newest first). You can sort the event table by clicking on the column headers.

Click on a row to display the STF product for that event. The All Products column links to a page listing all available products for the corresponding event.

Use the filter controls below to limit events by region, depth, date, and magnitude range. For more information about the Source-Time Functions Data Product, visit the Source-Time Functions product page .
